Meanwhile, Cavendish and Dakota, while flying a plane and trailing a "Don't Litter Our Planet" banner, accidentally gain rivals in the form of Colonel Niblet and Lieutenant Tenant after taking the blame for Milo and his friends destroying one of their facilities.
