Sciacca and Battiston investigate a hitman linked to a Colombian clan who has arrived in Naples to eliminate a group of traffickers. The operation is overseen by Ludovica Belforte, head of the Anti-Drug Unit, who implicates Spaccanapoli and reveals his ties to Malinconico. Meanwhile, Ciccone, struggling with his leadership, devotes himself to the case of a young Ecuadorian man killed, entering the world of underground fighting.
