Following the corruption scandal, the Spaccanapoli police station is under attack. A new leader, Deputy Commissioner Lopez, arrives, determined to restore order and cohesion to a wounded and disheartened team. Lucia Profeta is in a coma after an ambush, and her brother, the crime boss Profeta, threatens Inspector Sorrentino.
