Paz and her family are detained, she reveals to Esteban that she had Ginebra's daughter under her protection, but everything has an explanation. Esteban reproaches Paz for her lies and assures her that she confronted her children and Elvira for defending her love, but in the end they were right. Ginebra manages to meet with her daughter Sam and assures her in front of the police that she longed to hear her voice, since she spent many days mourning her absence.
