Makoto (Konno Ayaka), 29, dreams of a happy family and works as a sales clerk at the advertising agency Adliza. Just as he is about to reveal this "secret," he receives news from Kiba Haruka (Masaki Reiya) that "my father (Tatekawa Shiraku) has collapsed." Makoto sends Ren and Kiba off, but he looks worried... Meanwhile, Tora (Nakamura Reia), who has discovered Ren's true identity, rushes to Makoto's side. Makoto says that Tora is kind and worried about her, but Tora finally confesses his long-held feelings to her, saying, "It's because I love you."

Ren (Totsuka Shota) races through the city at night to save Makoto (Konno Ayaka), who has been kidnapped by someone. At the same time, his childhood friend Tora (Nakamura Reia) is also desperately searching for her whereabouts. With the same thought in mind, "to protect the one I love," the two head towards the culprit.

Ren (Totsuka Shota) finally confesses to Makoto (Konno Ayaka) that he is a person living in the world of the yakuza. Faced with the heavy truth that Ren, who had spoken so many kind words to her and supported her so much, is now the underboss of the yakuza, Makoto decides to leave Ren for now. The two are torn apart beyond repair.
