The young couple Emma and Felix move into a dilapidated property. They only learn that the place is haunted when Emma suffers a near-fatal electric shock. Felix and Emma's renovation costs are getting out of control. Suddenly, the police show up at their door, investigating one of the construction workers. But he seems to have disappeared. Has her home been the scene of a crime? Thanks to Emma's ability to see ghosts, she knows more than she'd like. She has to be careful not to let anything slip in front of the inspector. The ghosts try to help the couple as best they can.
