Todd works overtime to get a new robotic welding arm up and running to improve the refinery’s productivity. Audrey debates joining the “family business.” And an incident at work opens a job in management, reigniting Todd’s leadership aspirations.

Todd’s crew gives him a makeover to help him dress for the job he wants. His odds at a promotion look promising when head office sends hot-shot executive Chelsea to the refinery. And Audrey potentially blows her chances at joining the trades when she tries to save her big bro from humiliation.

After a long night of partying, Medhi inadvertently creates a sh*tstorm at the refinery when a stowaway wreaks havoc. Negative PR from the parade leads Chelsea to share head office’s plans for Imperial Valley with Todd, they’ll need to work together to find a way to change their minds.

It’s Conch Industries’ annual golf tournament and Todd and crew are hitting the links! Medhi makes an industry-revolutionizing discovery that has Chelsea and Todd cooking up a plan to present the invention to her boss—but not everyone is as excited as they are.

Todd works with the team to try and meet the impossible deadline set by head office. Medhi sobers up at rehab while everyone at the refinery is hoping to pass a mandatory urine test.

When Taser’s birthday pieing causes a fight to break out between the union workers and non-union permittees, Audrey steps up. Jimi spends the day building a chicken coop with Rodd.

Team Conch faces off against Team Corn Pulse, a rival green energy refinery, in the Softball Finals.

Todd, Chelsea, Audrey, and the rest of the gang band together to save their union town and throw Jimi his retirement party.
