In Baz Luhrmann’s adaptation of The Great Gatsby, he plays the title role of Jay Gatsby, a handsome social climber, trying to win the heart of a married woman. Baz and Leo first teamed up 17 years ago when Luhrmann gave DiCaprio a big break, casting him in the lead role of Romeo + Juliet. As they cling to brittle ice their every move is heart-stopping, one false step and they can fall to their death. Even for the most experienced it is a serious test of their physical and mental skills.
