On the personal front, Puneet grapples with a crisis when he and Sue are faced with an unusual choice: either abort their child or bring it into the world.

JJ blackmails Lakhan Mandal to smear Dushyant's name in the press for the safety of his son. Shanaya attends Dushyant's hearing, where a surprise witness for the next hearing emerges - Dushyant's ex-girlfriend, with whom he had been violent back in college.
