When Jeffrey's therapist, Dr. Tepnick, takes Bob's word over his son's, Jeffrey feels slighted and gets revenge by kidnapping the doctor's very expensive, life-sized, mannequin-like talking clown, Mr. Jingles, and holds it for ransom.
