Four teenagers, all HIV-positive and members of Love is Brave - a support group for people living with HIV - decide to meet in a cafe. This includes Luis, the school heartthrob and a son of a Chinese businessman; Enzo, who have body and family issues; Gab, the dutiful son of a town mayor; and Chuchay, an urban poor who works to support his family.

Coming from a well-to-do family, Luis is burdened by his father's expectations while struggling to conceal his identity. He meets Nat, an IT specialist much older than him, in a dating app. He starts looking for Nat after their lovemaking, but can't get to him so he turns to other men having unprotected sex.

All his life Enzo knows that he's not good-looking, perhaps the reason why he is the least favorite child. But what his looks cannot compensate, his gorgeous and endowed body make up for it. When he starts uploading his jack off videos on social media, he immediately gains countless followers. There he meets RJ, who prods him to do a collab sex video. With their escapades, Enzo falls in love with RJ, but he doesn't know that the latter is already committed to a man named Romer.

The whole town of San Sebastian is enamored to the Gab-Via love team. Gab is the son of the town mayor while Via is the daughter of the provincial governor. But when Kenneth, Gab's best friend, confessed his love for Gab, the latter's world turned upside down. Due to the demolition of their house, Chuchay and his family was forced to live inside a cemetery. To augment his family's income, Chuchay takes in multiple jobs to earn money. He luckily stumbles a job as an ice delivery boy but little did he know that his innocent life will be tainted by Prit, the store owner who he works for.

In Baguio, Enzo finally meets RJ and Romer. But his story about RJ turns out to be fabricated. As their trip comes to an end, Luis, Enzo, Kenneth, and Chuchay face their individual issues and start with their lives anew.
