Episode 1
A VIP who was in a car accident lies in a coma. Yong-pal, a superstar surgeon, treats gangsters on the side to pay off his debt, and to cover treatments for his sister.

Yong-pal's scalpel was left at the last job and the police follow up the lead. Dr. Kim is assigned an ICU patient with no known family.

Dr. Kim makes a stealthy move to save Young-ae from herself. Dr. Kim makes a house call for a celebrity who gets into some trouble with a woman in a hotel room.

Hae-in tries to get revenge on Cha Se-yoon and threatens to kill everyone in the hospital in the process.
