Estrella is very excited about her promotion to manager of the restaurant where she works, but unfortunately she is informed that her position will be taken by the owner's niece. Ulises is very excited about Fabián's loan to open a restaurant, but in reality he is a victim of Rosalba's evil, since she never forgave him for leaving her for Meche. Estrella, her mother and her sisters are very excited to know what surprise their father has for them, however, they receive a visit from the commander, who informs them that Ulises has lost his life. Estrella arrives at La Peñita to say her last goodbye to her father, but before arriving home, she decides to go to the boardwalk to remember the beautiful moments she spent with him. Fabián confesses to his father that he felt a special connection when he met Estrella. Upon hearing the revelation, Érika doesn't hesitate to feel jealous of her friend. Érika arrives at Estrella's house to inform her that Fabián is accusing Ulises of stealing a million pesos from the union. Estrella slaps Fabián after finding out that she is accusing her father of theft. He asks her to calm down and regrets everything that is happening, but there are documents that prove it. Rojas shows Estrella the documents that her father signed and assures her that he will give her three months to pay off the debt.

Estrella is willing to become the first female fisherman to support her family and thus pay Fabián every last peso.
