Midori Aoi is a pharmacist working in Takatsu Hospital. She cares about her patients and she doesn't mind confronting doctors for the sake of her patients. While packing medicine, Aoi notices that the medicine is wrongly prescribed as the patient is a pregnant lady. She goes to see the doctor in charge to confirm the prescription but the doctor refuses to listen to her. She reminds the doctor repeatedly, but the doctor ignores her.
