Carlos Stöver is a German screenwriter based in Hamburg, Germany and Los Angeles, California. In his youth he started his career as a part of the web-video production company Theory Arts. After he finished an one-year web-school in screenwriting, he started to write movies in feature length in the genres of drama and thriller.
